Christ Walk outlines a 40-day program to focus on improving physical health while engaging in spiritual and mental reflection and growth. Select different biblical routes to complete (through walking, running, biking, etc.), while reading a reflective passage on health and spirituality each day of the journey. Each chapter is a daily meditation of different aspects of mind, body, and spiritual health tied to biblical teachings and Christian traditions.
Unlike many Lenten programs, the Christ Walk program will be self-guided so that it isn't just one more Zoom meeting, while at the same time providing accountability by sharing your daily step count, run distance, bike distance, etc. to the Christ Walk group. You'll set your own daily movement goals, so anyone can participate regardless of your current health or fitness!
